Electrical Installation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Installation Specialist to join our operations team. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, including house wiring, inverter wiring, and power supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the installation process at customer sites to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP)
  • Ensure a seamless installation process and minimize error rates
  • Promptly address process deviations related to electrical, home automation, and lighting products
  • Proper documentation of errors noticed, and present metrics
  • Structured escalation of identified issues and provide resolutions in a systematic manner

Qualifications:

  • B.Tech or Diploma in electrical engineering
  • 0 to 2 years of expertise in electrical engineering or a relevant industry
  • Proficiency in documentation, data analysis, and basic knowledge of house wiring, load calculation, and AutoCAD
  • Sound knowledge of power supplies (single/multiphase), inverters, generators, and related systems
  • Strong interpersonal abilities
