Mentorship and team management are also critical aspects of this role, as well as driving agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

Liaising with stakeholders from banking operations, risk, and compliance to align technical solutions with business needs is a key aspect of the role.

The successful candidate will have 15+yrs of total experience and 10+ years of hands-on experience in advanced Python development and design patterns.

">

Strong skills in MongoDB, Redis, FAST API, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) are required.

Solid understanding of React Framework and frontend-backend integration is essential.

Familiarity with Impala, Autosys, and distributed systems is highly desirable.

Proven leadership in managing mid-sized engineering teams is necessary.
