Senior FIX Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior FIX Analyst to join our global team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the FIX protocol and experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teams to understand business workflows and translate them into software solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and their technology vendors on a day-to-day basis.
  • Participate in various strategic projects ranging from system improvements to regulatory changes.
Essential Skills:
  • Excellent understanding of FIX protocol.
  • Experience with programming languages (Java, C++, Python).
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux-based operating systems.
  • Experience working with databases and writing basic SQL queries.
  • Excellent understanding of the FIX certification process.
  • Experience working in an electronic trading environment in a FIX onboarding or FIX Support capacity.
  • Familiarity with networking protocols and TCP/IP concepts.
  • Exposure to asset classes: Equities, Futures, Options, FX.
  • Proven experience in training and mentoring junior team members.
  • Previous experience with project tracking and documentation tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexible to work in multiple time zones.
Desired Skills:
  • Scripting knowledge in Shell or Python.
  • Familiarity with Algorithmic Trading.
  • Previous experience with OMS/EMS, exchanges, or trading firms would be a plus.
