Expert Web Development Leadership Role

As a seasoned web development leader, you will oversee full-cycle projects and drive business success by delivering high-quality web applications on time. You will be responsible for managing a cross-functional team of web developers and project managers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop scalable web applications using PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter) and WordPress.
  • Oversee project execution from requirement gathering to delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Implement best practices in coding, architecture, and project management.

Maintain adherence to web standards, data security, and compliance protocols while utilizing project management methodologies to track deliverables and manage risks. Additionally, you will achieve success with strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an agency or client-facing environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with hosting environments, cloud platforms, and Agile/Scrum project management is beneficial.
