Site Architect Job Description

As a Site Architect, you will be responsible for translating architectural designs into flawless on-site execution, maintaining high standards of quality and design.

  • Key Responsibilities include acting as the custodian of design, monitoring construction teams to ensure fidelity to design intent, conducting regular site inspections, and coordinating with internal teams and consultants.

Additional responsibilities include resolving on-site architectural challenges, supporting detailed drawings and modifications, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and maintaining site documentation.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
  • Strong construction/technical skills at Site
  • Experience working on premium residential or hospitality projects

Required Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong command over AutoCAD and Revit
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
