Job Opportunity: STA Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of STA Engineer in our backend implementation team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing complex SoC blocks or full-chip designs, focusing on performance, power, and area (PPA) optimization and signoff closure.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of timing closure fundamentals, constraint creation and maintenance, and DFT modes in STA timing closure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Timing closure for complex digital circuits
  • Constraint creation and maintenance for RTL-to-GDSII implementation
  • DFT mode optimization for STA timing closure

This role requires excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.

A successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience in STA engineering and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and tools.
