Job Title: Senior Voice Network Engineer

Role Summary:

  • Provide high-level technical support for Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) solutions and related infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve complex telecommunication problems.
  • Perform advanced remote and on-site troubleshooting activities, including MACD creation in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage expertise in Cisco UCCE, UCCX, and PCCE solutions to drive successful service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base documentation, ensuring seamless access to critical information.
  • Act as a point of contact for service delivery issues, providing timely resolutions and escalating concerns as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Cisco UCCE, voice gateway, call management, Webex, CVP, VMware, patch management, and release management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and conversation skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience working with ITIL processes and VOIP protocols (SIP, H.323, MGCP).
  • Familiarity with Cisco Voice network deployment models and voice network devices.
