We're driving business transformation forward by seeking a skilled professional to join our team. As a remote entry-level role, this position is perfect for an ambitious individual with a passion for new technology, AI, automation, and digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursue and Implement Innovative Solutions: Investigate cutting-edge technologies (AI, RPA, BPA, agents, and digital tools) and recommend practical applications across departments.
  • Support System Rollouts: Assist in the implementation and roll-out of new systems, including pilot testing, feedback, and user support.
  • Create Digital Training Materials: Develop engaging digital training materials, such as short videos, tutorials, and guides, to support our Digital Training Academy.
  • Document Effective Solutions: Document effective solutions and share knowledge, empowering staff to adopt new tools confidently.
  • Collaborate with IT: Assist IT with troubleshooting and support when required, providing a bridge between IT, users, and the transformation team.
  • Track Licenses and Costs: Monitor licenses and costs for digital tools, identifying opportunities for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with HR and Training Teams: Work with HR and the training team to identify critical digital skills and develop suitable training resources.
  • Contribute to Transformation Projects: Provide input into new technology-focused projects as part of SD's transformation journey.

Requirements:

  • A degree in IT, AI, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience with automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier).
  • Knowledge of or exposure to AI tools and agents (ChatGPT, copilots, Auto Gpt).
  • Digital content creation skills: ability to create engaging digital learning material using tools like Canva, Camtasia, Adobe, or AI-driven content platforms.
  • Basic technical and process troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, resilience, and a sense of urgency to find effective solutions.
  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new technologies.
  • Quick learner with good communication skills in English.
  • Sound administrative skills, able to track exploration, learning, roll-outs, and licenses.
  • Self-driven and ambitious, able to work independently.
