Lead Java Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Java Developer to fill a challenging role.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, enhance and optimize complex Java applications and services with high throughput requirements.
  • Design technical solutions from start to finish, from conception through implementation and deployment.
  • Review and refine code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with architects and senior stakeholders to shape system design and architecture.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks across both code and the database.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members in coding, debugging, and technical issues.
  • Work closely with QA, DevOps and product teams to deliver high-quality software.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expert-level Core Java (OOP, Collections, Concurrency, Java 8+ features).
  • Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC and RESTful APIs.
  • Deep knowledge of SQL and RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle), with strong database design and query tuning skills.
  • Experience with ORM frameworks like Hibernate or JPA.
  • Solid experience with Git, build tools (Maven/Gradle) and logging frameworks (Log4j/SLF4J).
  • Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (JUnit/TestNG) and mocking tools (Mockito).
