Machine Learning Engineer

As a key member of our data-driven organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of machine learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for model training and validation.
  • Design and implement cutting-edge machine learning models (regression, classification, NLP, deep learning, etc.) to drive business growth.
  • Perform feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning to optimize model performance.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to integrate models into applications and APIs, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Ensure model accuracy, explainability, and performance through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Document models, methodologies, and outcomes for technical and business stakeholders, facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in ML model development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong Python skills, with expertise in libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, data wrangling, and feature engineering, with a focus on data quality and integrity.
  • Experience deploying ML models via APIs or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Good understanding of statistics and model evaluation techniques, with a ability to interpret complex data insights.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software development principles. They must be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, communicate complex ideas effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
