We seek an experienced Accounting Professional to join our team at our facility in Thiruvallur, Tamil Nadu, India. As an Accounting Professional, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.

To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and less than 1 year of experience as an Accountant. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is essential, along with knowledge of ZOHO BOOKS, Tally ERP, and other accounting tools.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and good time management and organizational skills. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing financial statements
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and compliance with accounting principles
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice generation, payment processing, and collections
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide management with timely and relevant information
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
  • Conduct regular reconciliation of bank statements and other financial documents

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of ₹25,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition to your base salary, you will receive benefits such as health insurance, paid leave, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
