Job Role

As a Meta Ads Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and scaling of ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram. You'll work directly with clients, report on performance, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Meta ad strategies for multiple brands.
  • Cultivate profitable growth by effectively managing monthly budgets and campaign scalability.
  • Create insightful reports to present campaign performance to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and analytics to ensure campaign success.
  • Conduct thorough A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and funnels to optimize campaign performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest Meta features, trends, and policies.
  • Maintain client satisfaction through consistent communication and delivery of exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (agency experience preferred).
  • A proven track record of successful brand campaign scaling.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign structures, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and client communication skills.
