Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing the management of multiple teams conducting due diligence research, relevant to cross-border wire transfers, as it pertains to adverse media, subscription-based intelligence sources, and open-source data sources.

  • Subject Matter Expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and guidelines;
  • Strong understanding of compliance operations, including transaction monitoring and risk assessment;
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills;

As an AML Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for:

  1. Managing and supervising TM Due Diligence teams;
  2. Conducting formal assessments of KPIs and other productivity and quality markers;
  3. Preparing periodic reports to senior management;
  4. Staying up-to-date with relevant AML guidelines and regulations;

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AML compliance, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to analyze complex data.
