Job Title: Store Operations Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Operations Associate. This role involves managing inventory, ensuring seamless supply chain operations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of raw materials, components, finished goods, and consumables in the stores.
  • Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels, raise alerts for reordering, and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.

Internal Stakeholder Support:

  • Issue materials to production, maintenance, and other departments based on approved requisitions.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure availability of required materials for uninterrupted operations.

Vendor & Procurement Coordination:

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
  • Verify incoming materials against purchase orders (quantity, quality, and specifications).

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Maintain and update inventory records in ERP/software/manual registers as per company standards.
  • Generate and share regular reports on stock movement, consumption patterns, material shortages, and wastages.

Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and preservation of materials in line with safety and quality standards.
  • Adhere to company policies and audit requirements related to inventory and stores management.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience preferably in a manufacturing/engineering setup.
  • Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain / Materials Management / Commerce or relevant field.

This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, strong knowledge of inventory management, and familiarity with ERP systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring smooth supply chain operations, and maintaining accurate records.
