Job Summary

This is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering SAP infrastructure solutions across multiple geographies and sectors. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of SAP BASIS solutions, partner with other IT teams to design and manage technical deliveries, and ensure tight integration with global delivery teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of SAP infrastructure solutions, including system administration, configuration, and upgrade.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with global standards and best practices for SAP landscape and system architecture design, sizing, and tools strategies.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues, and perform root cause analysis to improve overall system performance.
  • Develop and implement effective hand-over processes to ensure seamless transition to operations teams.

  • Extensive experience in SAP infrastructure solutions, including system administration, configuration, and upgrade.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions, on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
