We are seeking a highly skilled Language Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in linguistics and experience working with AI-powered systems.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing language models that can simulate realistic conversations with users. This will involve working closely with our development team to design and test new features, as well as collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of our language models.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical or analytical field, preferably with a focus on natural language processing or machine learning.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- A strong understanding of APIs, data formats (e.g., JSON), and logical thinking is required.
- The ability to break down complex tasks and simulate realistic dialogues that reflect user expectations and assistant limitations.
- Creativity and attention to detail in crafting realistic scenarios and responses.
- Experience working with or around LLMs, virtual assistants, or function-calling frameworks is a plus.
