We are seeking a highly skilled Automobile Service Champion to join our team. As a Service Champion, you will play a critical role in ensuring the exceptional quality of service delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CUSTOMER HANDLING: Greet customers with politeness, courtesy, and professionalism, verify service requests, capture customer feedback, and update the system.
  • DIAGNOSIS: Analyze and diagnose scooters to identify required repairs, update diagnosis reports in the WMS (Getafix), and perform repairs and final inspections.
  • SYSTEM HANDLING: Track customer complaints in Zendesk, operate the Workshop Management System (Getafix), update operational status and ETA, and check scooter health in the Telematics Command Centre.
