Senior Indirect Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Buyer to manage indirect categories in the India & ME region within the Procurement, Logistics and ECC Organization at Innomotics APAC & ME. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in defining and implementing productivity measures, such as tenders and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and conduct negotiations of the indirect Procurement demands in the entire region Middle East and India based on demand, market, and supplier analysis to ensure long-term, cost-efficient, and reliable on-time supply in the required quality.
  • Ensure close cooperation with internal customers to reach the best results for the demanded purchasing volume while adhering to legal and internal requirements.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for cost reductions, process efficiency improvements or end user enhancements in the Categories Services & Goods, Travel & Fleet, IT & Real Estate.
  • Ensure transparency regarding KPIs and persistently work towards achievement of the given targets.
  • Contribute to the implementation of global strategies for the different categories by implementing them regionally in a tailored way.

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g. Economics, Engineering) required.
  • Candidate will demonstrate a successful track record in defining and implementing productivity measures (e.g. tenders, negotiations).
  • Must be a team player and like to cooperate with an international team.
  • Multiple years of relevant working experience in (indirect) Procurement or a similar function.
  • Must possess good listening, analyzing, presenting and persuading skills.
  • Gained intercultural experiences and have a service attitude.
  • Enjoy negotiations and to achieve challenging targets.
  • You will work within an international team, where English is the main language.
  • Must be fluent in English.
