Job Title

We are seeking a diligent professional to handle the post-trade lifecycle for Equity and Fixed Income securities.

This role involves end-to-end processing of trades, ensuring accurate and timely delivery, confirmation, and settlement. You will also be responsible for trade booking, cancellations, and modifications, with a focus on swaps and other complex financial instruments.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in capital market operations is required. Proficiency in trade processing, settlements, collateral and margin management, and trade booking is essential. Knowledge of swap trades is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners. They should be proactive problem-solvers with a strong understanding of the trade lifecycle and a passion for accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Trade Processing & Settlement: Handle the end-to-end processing of a variety of complex transactions, ensuring all trades are delivered, confirmed, and settled accurately and on time.
  • Trade Management: Perform trade booking, cancellations, and modifications, with a focus on swaps and other complex financial instruments.
  • Collateral & Margin Management: Manage collateral and margin calls, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
  • Quality Control & Training: Conduct quality checks on the work of junior associates to maintain high standards. You'll also be responsible for training and mentoring new team members to help them succeed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in capital market operations
