Job Profile

  • We are seeking a skilled Electrical Service Engineer to fill this critical role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing and maintaining electrical systems, control panels and industrial machinery.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical faults in equipment such as motors, drives, PLCs and HMIs is also a key responsibility.
  • You will provide technical support to clients and operators regarding equipment usage and performance.
  • Maintaining service reports, documentation and records of work completed is essential.
  • Collaborating with project, design and automation teams to resolve complex technical issues is another important aspect of this role.
  • Traveling to customer sites for service, breakdown support and on-site inspections is also required.

Requirements

  • A BE/Diploma in Electrical Engineering is required.
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Service Engineer or similar role is necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, schematics and troubleshooting methods is essential.
  • Broad knowledge of PLC programming, HMI operation and automation systems is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with motors, drives, sensors and control circuits is also required.
  • The ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals is crucial.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
