Job Description:

As a seasoned professional in MS Dynamics 365, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with business teams to understand their needs and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Demonstrate Dynamics solution capabilities to key decision makers and advise on complex business cases.
  • Develop solution designs that address business requirements, interface, and performance requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

You will be an integral part of a dynamic development team and report to the project manager. Your expertise in Dynamics OOB, customizations, and mentoring will be essential in shaping the technical landscape of assigned application processes and technology.

Essential Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience in configuring Dynamics Self-service Portals, Custom portals, and Knowledge Management.
  • Experience in configuring Customer Service Hub, Unified Client Interface, Power BI Dashboards & Reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
