Role Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can bring ideas to life with impactful visuals and user-friendly designs. Key responsibilities include designing engaging social media posts aligned with brand identity and marketing goals, creating conversion-optimized landing pages to drive user acquisition and engagement, collaborating with the marketing and product teams to translate ideas into visually appealing designs, ensuring all designs follow modern design principles and trends for maximum impact, working with Figma to develop and maintain scalable design systems, applying a strong sense of color theory, typography, and layout design to deliver aesthetic and functional outcomes, and iterating designs based on feedback to continually improve user experience and performance.

  • Utilize creativity to design visually appealing social media posts and landing pages.
  • Create effective visual content that aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into high-quality visual designs.
  • Evaluate designs against modern design principles and trends to ensure optimal results.
  • Maintain and evolve scalable design systems using Figma.
  • Apply expertise in color theory, typography, and layout design to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Continuously refine designs based on feedback to enhance user experience and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, landing pages, and modern UI/UX designs.
  • Proficiency in Figma is required.
  • Deep understanding of color usage, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Awareness of modern design trends and ability to adapt them to business needs.
  • Ability to balance creativity with performance-driven design.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
