Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial recording of all grants and ensure accurate coding of expenses assigned to such grants
  • Ensure proper expense control, inventory management, and document/bill verification
  • Ensure timely completion of internal and statutory audits
  • Ensure all statutory compliances are followed, including FCRA and its associated compliances

Requirements:

  • 10-13 years of work experience
  • Educational qualification: CA and/or MBA in Finance
  • Sound knowledge and experience in managing projects in the development/social sector
  • Sound knowledge of and experience in FCRA and NGO accounting is preferred
  • Experience working on SAP and/or any other similar ERP system
  • Flexibility to attend regular calls with international donors outside normal office hours
  • Willingness to travel as and when required
  • Self-motivated and good communication skills
