Human Resources Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to oversee end-to-end HR operations with a focus on payroll management. This role requires strong expertise in labour laws, compliance reporting, and government portals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and ensure accurate payroll processing, reconciliation, and timely disbursements in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus Act, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.
  • Maintain and update employee records including new joiners, exits, transfers, and role changes.
  • Handle full and final settlements, statutory filings, and coordinate with finance and external payroll vendors.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management on key HR metrics including attrition, headcount, compliance, and payroll.
  • Support audits related to HR, payroll, and statutory compliances.
  • Ensure smooth implementation and administration of HR systems and automation initiatives.
  • Resolve employee queries related to salary, leaves, attendance, reimbursements, and other HR matters.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in HR operations, with strong exposure to Indian payroll and statutory compliance.
  • Prior experience in the IT/Tech industry is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS/payroll tools such as GreytHR, Keka, Zoho People, or SAP HR.
  • Strong understanding of labour laws, compliance reporting, and government portals (EPFO, ESIC, Shram Suvidha, etc.).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
