Operations Team Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled team leader to oversee the operations of our Fintech Accounts team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fintech sector, excellent leadership abilities, and the capability to manage and nurture client relationships.

  • The role involves driving team performance, ensuring seamless client servicing, and overseeing the execution of projects and strategies to meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 4-5+ years of experience in account management or client servicing, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or team management role, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of fintech products, services, and technologies (such as payment systems, money transfer)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and delivering high client satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in the fintech space is a plus.
