Job Title

The Cyber Security Lead is responsible for leading our team in implementing and managing Forcepoint DLP solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Lead to lead our team in implementing and managing Forcepoint DLP solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in cyber security or information security, with a focus on DLP.

Detailed Job Description:

  1. Data Protection Responsibilities: Defining and deploying endpoint profiles to ensure data protection.
  2. Access Management: Adding and managing access roles in DLP, including super user, system admin, policy manager, incident manager, and external auditor.
  3. Server Upgrade Activities: Upgrading DLP servers, backing up and archiving old incidents, and ensuring smooth operation.
  4. Incident Management and Escalation Workflows: Developing and documenting DLP incident management and escalation workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in cyber security or information security, with a focus on DLP.
  • Hands-on experience in commissioning and implementing various DLP solutions on Windows and Linux environments.
  • Experience with automating processes using scripting, as per the capability of the tool.
  • Understanding of data classification and experience in managing policies and exceptions.
  • Knowledge of BCP/DR of DLP and experience in monitoring endpoints, Web, Email, etc.
