We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Asset Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our commercial property portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with extensive experience in real estate asset management to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process, including lease renewals and tenant relations. They will also oversee the preparation of annual budgets and cash flow reports, as well as ensure accurate financial records and timely payments.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to have advanced knowledge of accounting software, including Yardi, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in property management, preferably in a similar role. They will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
This is a remote position, and we offer a competitive salary of $60-$80K per month. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality results and building long-term relationships with our tenants.
