We are seeking an innovative Graphic Designer to join our team, creating visually compelling designs that not only look good but do good.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and create original, purpose-driven designs for sustainable brands across digital and print media
  • Craft visual stories authentically communicating our clients' environmental and social impact
  • Design social media content, infographics, branding elements, website graphics, and campaign materials inspiring climate-positive action
  • Create illustrations, moodboards, and visual assets aligning with our climate-forward ethos
  • Transform complex sustainability concepts into accessible, engaging visuals

Requirements:

  • Mandatory: 2+ years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
  • Experience with both digital and print design formats
  • A keen eye for typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling
  • Understanding of sustainable design principles and eco-friendly approaches
  • Enthusiasm for climate action and social impact
  • Ability to work remotely and collaboratively with a distributed team

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working with sustainability-focused brands or organizations
  • Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles for digital design
  • Familiarity with sustainable materials and production methods
