As a Product Manager I/II, you will be responsible for leading the development of our digital banking products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ideate, create, and launch customer acquisition channels. You will define a roadmap to scale our modern payments mobile app for a multi-fold increase in user traffic, data, and compute requirements.

You will own mobile app performance metrics and help engineering teams evaluate mobile app frameworks and app scaling techniques to optimize for end-user experience. You will experiment and iterate on onboarding efficiencies, collaborating and contributing to commercial success of user acquisition programs.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end responsibility for PayZapp user onboarding experience and mobile app experience.
  • Responsible for partnering with business stakeholders to ideate, create, and launch customer acquisition channels.
  • Define a roadmap to scale a modern payments mobile app for a multi-fold increase in user traffic, data, and compute requirements.
  • Own mobile app performance metrics and help the engineering teams evaluate mobile app frameworks and app scaling techniques to optimize for end-user experience.
  • Experiment and iterate on onboarding efficiencies. Collaborate and contribute to commercial success of user acquisition programs.
  • Own communication and stakeholder management for Product & Delivery excellence for programs mentioned above.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of total experience in a product role.
  • 3+ years of experience in shipping successful B2C/B2B mobile products.
  • BE/BTech from any reputed engineering institutions, computer science engineering would be preferred.
  • Any management degree from a Tier 1/2 institute would be a plus.
