  • As a principal engineer, you will thrive on the chance to employ your multi-faceted skills to create solutions that move products, departments, teams and individuals forward.
">Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle and agile methodologies aligned to our home.
  2. Develop and maintain software development processes, standards and best practices to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality software products.
  3. Promote engineering excellence and quality through analysis tools, control gates and peer reviews.
  4. Evaluate emerging technologies and drive adoption within the squad as required.
  5. Optimise the engineering lifecycle through knowledge management and continuous learning.
  6. Mentor engineers and assist with technical challenges as needed.
  7. Involve yourself in talent pipeline development by assisting the Manager Engineer in hiring, internal movements and succession planning.
  8. Prepare, share and document technical designs for application enhancements.
