Visual Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Design Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional with a passion for fashion and design.
Key Responsibilities:- Research emerging design trends and practices, and develop innovative visual solutions for each project.
- Cross-functional coordination with the curation, art & styling teams, and store and category teams to ensure the content, image, and design practices align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to execute ideas and handle all aspects of the project confidently.
- Coordinate timelines with internal and external team members to meet project deadlines.
- Incorporate feedback and work with agencies and automation tools to execute all visual assets for the project.
Candidates preferably have a background in fashion communication. A good understanding of fashion trends, GenZ-led brands, etc., is required.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong visual sense, creativity, and originality.
- A keen interest in strategy and research-based projects to deliver successful design.
- At least 3-5 years of industry experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (XD, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and eagerness to learn new software.
- Effective communication skills.
