Software Engineer - Digital Support DevOpsJob Description:

We are seeking a skilled engineer to ensure high-quality custom web applications on Microsoft technologies are maintained.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and understand business needs.
  • Provide excellent customer support, resolve issues timely, and analyze complex technical problems under pressure.
  • Contribute to agile planning, prioritize backlog items, and manage development processes.
  • Identify application issues, escalate risks, and suggest resolutions.
  • Continuously improve development tools and efficiency.

This role involves driving innovation and adopting industry practices through new tool/method/standard investigation/institutionalization.

Key responsibilities include strong communication skills, adapting to new technologies, creating documents, estimating User Stories, developing solutions, resolving production incidents, and participating in sprint activities.

The ideal candidate has a Master/Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, 5+ years of experience, proficiency in monitoring and diagnosing application issues using APM solutions, and knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, SQL, EPiServer CMS, and Azure technologies.

We believe you bring expertise in analyzing application logs, identifying performance bottlenecks, and scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automating support tasks.
