**Job Title:** Welders & Fitters

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled professionals to perform various welding tasks. This includes SMAW, MIG, TIG, FCAW, or SAW welding based on project requirements.

You will be responsible for welding structural steel components such as beams, columns, base plates, stiffeners, etc. Additionally, you will read and interpret welding symbols, fabrication drawings, and WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications).

Your primary goal is to ensure weld quality as per ASME / AWS / IS / EN standards. To achieve this, you will conduct fit-up, tack welding, and final welding as per approved procedures.

You will work closely with the QA/QC team for weld inspection, NDT clearance, and rework if required. Furthermore, you will maintain tools, welding machines, and housekeeping in the work area.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • ITI qualification
  • 2–7 years of experience in industrial fabrication or construction
  • Valid Welding Certifications (ASME/AWS/IS preferred)
  • Ability to work from fabrication drawings and welding symbols
  • Physically fit and capable of working in confined spaces or at height
  • Knowledge of materials (CS, SS, alloy steel, etc.)
