We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aptitude Trainer to deliver training sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability.

The ideal candidate will prepare students for campus placements, competitive exams, and enhance their overall problem-solving skills through engaging lessons plans, practice exercises, and mock tests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver high-quality training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
  • Create lesson plans, practice exercises, and mock tests to assess students' performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Mentor and guide students to improve their speed and accuracy in problem-solving and adapt to the latest exam patterns and question trends.
  • Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and offer personalized support where needed to ensure student success.
  • Monitor students' progress through assessments and share actionable feedback for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest training methodologies, teaching strategies, and best practices in education.
  • Collaborate with the placement/training team to ensure students meet industry standards and are well-prepared for campus placements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise in Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and English Language with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts, make training sessions interactive, and cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Problem-solving mindset with patience to mentor learners from various backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with competitive exams (CAT, GRE, GMAT, Banking, SSC, Campus Placements, etc.) is an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Management, or related fields.
  • Prior experience as an Aptitude Trainer / Faculty / Coach is preferred but not mandatory.
