Job Summary

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating between staff and clients, ensuring seamless communication and excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with staff and clients to resolve queries and issues
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Maintain accurate records and data

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in GST, BRS, PF/ESI, TDS, Tally, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Exceptional phone and cold calling skills
  • Passion for improving business processes and willingness to learn

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
