Role: Visual Communications Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Visual Communications Specialist to create engaging campaign materials for social media, print, and outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling visual content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with digital and content teams to translate strategy into impactful visuals.
  • Develop designs adaptable to multiple formats and languages for quick turnaround without compromising quality or brand consistency.
  • Maintain the visual integrity of our brand across all platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and aesthetics.

Requirements:

  • Experience designing for political/election campaigns or social causes, demonstrating creativity and effectiveness in influencing public opinion.
  • Fluency in Marathi (spoken and written), enabling effective communication with stakeholders and clients.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
