Sustainability LeaderJob Description

We are seeking a Sustainability Leader to drive our company's commitment to environmental stewardship and social responsibility.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sustainability principles, certifications, and frameworks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sustainable practices throughout our development stages
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to embed sustainability best practices
  • Leading certification processes and audits for LEED, IGBC, WELL, WiredScore, SmartScore, BRI, WLCA, and GRESB frameworks

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

A minimum of 5-8 years of experience managing Platinum-level or equivalent sustainability certifications is required.

Certifications such as LEED AP, WELL AP, IGBC AP, or related accreditation are strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
