Accounting Manager Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to manage end-to-end accounting functions, ensure accuracy and integrity across all transactions.

This critical role involves core accounting, financial compliance, and reporting, with key responsibilities including:

  • Handling ledger management, reconciliations, and finalization of accounts.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and audit requirements.
  • Preparing and reviewing MIS reports, financial statements, and budgets.
  • Providing financial insights and support to leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Liaising with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Proven expertise in core accounting and financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Direct & Indirect Taxation, and Statutory Compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience in EdTech or service sector is an added advantage.
