The role of the Finance Manager involves strategic oversight and guidance for effective financial management, ensuring seamless alignment with sectoral regulations and best practices.

• Key responsibilities include leading the finalization of monthly and annual accounts, conducting audits, and implementing procedures to ensure compliance and timely returns filing under indirect and direct tax laws.
• Liaison with external consultants and auditors is essential for obtaining opinions and facilitating smooth operations, in line with FCRA, TDS, PT, IT, GST, etc. requirements.

• A minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience, including budgeting and accounting expertise.
• CA Inter or ICWA Inter certification, along with a strong understanding of prevailing income tax laws and proficiency in MS Office applications.
