  • Technology: We take the hassle out of home management by providing constant advice, reminders, and nudges through our algorithm-driven system that remembers preferences and generates instructions to meet our customers' home goals.

Who Are We Looking For?

We seek a Personal Concierge Specialist who is passionate about improving lives, has a natural attitude towards helping people, and is committed to delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be able to develop deep relationships with our customers, understand their specific needs, and design solutions tailored to their requirements. S/he will be warm, courteous, patient, and a good listener, with an eye for detail and a solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  1. Customer Onboarding: Understand the prevailing context in a customer's life, explain how our services can ease their life, and onboard them seamlessly onto our ecosystem.
  2. Solution Deployment: Define and agree upon interventions needed to fulfill customer requirements, deploy trained domestic helps, and oversee their work.
  3. Partner Management: Work with our central partner ecosystem to deploy solutions and onboard local partners to bring about greater efficiency.
  4. Customer Feedback & Service Improvement: Determine customer satisfaction, identify areas of improvement, and iterate the solution design to enhance customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in hospitality or a related field.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in hospitality or event management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure.
