About the Role

We're looking for a talented Packaging Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for crafting unique solutions for our brand, from product design to packaging. You'll work closely with our project managers and product development teams to ensure a smooth design process.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Closely collaborate with project managers and product development teams to understand business requirements and ensure a smooth design process.
  2. Drive the design of new products and all physical and print collaterals that are part of the customer's journey.
  3. Apply design thinking research methodologies to deliver thoughtful and innovative designs.
  4. Understand materials, specifications, structures, and recommend feasible solutions for product and packaging.
  5. Track project timelines and create an action plan for projects.
  6. Constantly iterate and improve on designs while ensuring brand consistency.
  7. Stay up-to-date with ongoing trends for marketing, packaging, and ensure Nua's designs stay relevant in the industry.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience in Industrial design, Visual communication, Packaging Design, Multi-disciplinary design, or Innovation.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • A portfolio demonstrating application of visual design, packaging design, product/industrial design, brand identity design.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of core design software (Adobe suite, Corel Draw).
  • Basic understanding of prototyping methods and product development techniques.
  • Detail-oriented, critical thinker, and customer-centered.
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and a team player.
