Job Summary:

SAP APO Consultant required for a contract role. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in supply chain management and expertise in SAP APO modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure SAP APO modules such as Demand Planning DP Supply Network Planning SNP and Global Available-to-Promise GATP.
  • Analyze current supply chain processes identify gaps and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Integrate SAP APO with other SAP modules like SAP ECC ERP Central Component and SAP S/4HANA.
  • Manage and integrate data using tools like SAP Data Intelligence and with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori.
  • Handle incident management problem management change management proactive management and continuous improvement tasks.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Functional Analyst - SAP APO
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in configuring SAP APO modules such as Demand Planning DP Supply Network Planning SNP and Global Available-to-Promise GATP.
  • Analyze current supply chain processes identify gaps and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Integration between SAP APO and other SAP modules like SAP ECC ERP Central Component and SAP S/4HANA.
  • Managing and integrating data using tools like SAP Data Intelligence and with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori.
  • Incident Management: Acceptance of ticket from users analysis and resolution of incidents according to defined solution scope and agreed SLAs.
  • Problem Management: Perform causal analysis and fix recurring issues. Root cause analysis and resolution of problems according to defined solution scope and agreed SLAs.
  • Change Management: Analysis of incidents/requests involved for change. Deployment of change carry out ticket-based documentation.
  • Proactive Management: Carry out interfaces/batch jobs monitoring activities. Monitoring alerts categorization of alerts according to criticality creation of incident tickets for identified issues and/or critical alerts.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide services which can help customers to address efficiency challenges. Implement and realize improvements. Identify use cases which can be automated to benefit for clients and optimize operational cost.
  • Carry out ticket-based documentation.
  • Report any issues and recommend solutions for improvement.
