Job Overview

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead our Hardware Operations Team.

This role is crucial in ensuring seamless coordination across personnel, processes, and partners to deliver exceptional operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor end-to-end supply chain operations.
  • Develop strong relationships with sales teams, contract manufacturers, distributors, and customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Plan and track shipments based on customer requirements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and report on supply chain performance.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in supply chain or logistics.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with inventory planning, warehouse management, and purchase order processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • MBA in Operations preferred.
  • Prior experience in hardware distribution or contract manufacturing is highly valued.
