Lead RPG Analyst

We are seeking an accomplished Lead RPG Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions using AS400/RPG technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design programs in AS400/RPG technologies, including RPGLE and RPG Free formatting.
  • Design and implement SQL and SQLRPGLE solutions to drive business success.
  • Leads teams from a development and system support setting, ensuring smooth project execution and exceeding expectations.
  • Resolves tickets in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously improves processes for excellence and speed, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Presents the IT team in meetings and facilitates effective communication, fostering collaboration and understanding.
  • Performs QA & Testing to ensure high-quality deliverables and meets stringent quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with warehouse management systems and a strong understanding of their applications.
  • Development of in-house software solutions that meet business needs and exceed expectations.
  • Possession of PMP and ITIL certifications, demonstrating expertise and commitment to excellence.
