We are seeking a seasoned Risk Manager to develop and maintain our cybersecurity strategy, policies, and risk management processes. As a key member of our team, you will lead a group of Risk Analysts, direct communications, measures, and actions to remediate cybersecurity risks, and build relationships with Risk Management Operations (RMO) to ensure critical cyber security information reaches business units.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Risk Analysts and direct appropriate communications, measures, and actions to remediate cybersecurity risks as applicable to business units or digital platforms.
- Build relationships with Risk Management Operations (RMO) and utilize these relationships to ensure critical cyber security information reaches business units.
- Identify and address gaps, trends, or opportunities in cybersecurity risk management.
- 10-15 years of experience leading a team of Risk Analysts in developing and maintaining the cybersecurity strategy, policies, and risk management processes.
- Excellent communication, management, and leadership skills.
- Previously described years of relevant experience.
