Digital Workplace Transformation Leader



At INSIGHTEK GLOBAL CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Workplace Transformation Leader to spearhead our digital workplace strategies. This role will focus on the implementation and management of SCCM, Intune, and collaboration tools to enhance employee productivity and ensure secure device management.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Strategy Development and Execution:



    • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital workplace strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.

    • Identify opportunities to enhance employee productivity and collaboration through digital workplace solutions.



  • Technology Implementation and Management:



    • Oversee the deployment and administration of SCCM for effective software distribution, patch management, and system configuration.

    • Lead the implementation and management of Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).

    • Ensure seamless integration and optimal usage of collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other communication platforms.



  • Security and Compliance:



    • Establish and enforce security policies and compliance standards for digital workplace technologies.

    • Implement robust security measures for device and data protection using Intune policies and configurations.



  • Change Management and User Adoption:



    • Drive change management initiatives to promote the adoption and effective use of digital workplace tools.

    • Develop and deliver training programs and resources to enhance user proficiency and engagement.



  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:



    • Collaborate with IT, HR, and other departments to align digital workplace initiatives with broader business objectives.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors/partners.



  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization:



    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of digital workplace initiatives.

    • Continuously evaluate and optimize digital workplace processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.



  • Leadership and Team Management:



    • Lead and mentor a team of digital workplace specialists and IT professionals.

    • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.



    Requirements:



    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

    • Experience: Proven experience (X years) in leading digital workplace transformation projects, including expertise in SCCM, Intune, and collaboration tools.

    • Skills: Strong understanding of digital workplace technologies and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and drive change across all levels of the organization.

    • Certifications: Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, PMP, or equivalent are a plus.
