**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Database Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad.

The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as database administration, replication, troubleshooting, and database security to ensure the smooth functioning of our databases.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle database software to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Implement and maintain robust database security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Optimize database performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, tuning SQL queries, and configuring database parameters.
  • Troubleshoot complex database issues, including performance problems, data corruption, and system failures.
  • Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies using RMAN, ensuring business continuity and minimizing data loss.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a strong foundation in database concepts and administration.
  • Oracle DBA Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates with basic knowledge of Oracle database administration can apply.
  • Oracle Database Administration: Understanding of Oracle database architecture, including datafiles, control files, redo logs, and undo management.
