The SME will collaborate with instructional designers, media specialists, and project stakeholders to create engaging, standards-aligned video content that prepares learners for certification success while strengthening practical workplace communication skills.

This role requires strong knowledge of professional and workplace communication practices, as well as prior experience in instructional video design, curriculum development, or interactive learning content. The ideal candidate will be able to explain communication strategies and principles in a clear, accessible manner for diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate certification objectives into clear, accurate, and learner-appropriate interactive video scripts and scenarios.
  • Design interactive videos that engage learners through realistic workplace scenarios and decision-making opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure scripts and storyboards translate seamlessly into high-quality interactive media.

Required Skills and Qualifications
