- Proactively participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from input on specifications to implementation and delivery.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, guiding them through agile methodologies and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance overall offerings and delivery.
- Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform product decisions and prioritize feature development.
- Undergraduate degree in computer science or a related field.
- 5-10 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years of management/supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Previous experience overseeing the entire product lifecycle, including strategy development and feature prioritization.
- Familiarity with NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, and/or SOC2 is a plus.
- Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud are desired but not required.
