Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Architect to join our team at Architeca Design-Build Firm, a unit of SIPL. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for overseeing the architectural design process, managing a team of Junior Architects, and ensuring the seamless translation of client aspirations into practical and innovative designs.

This role demands exceptional leadership, client consultation expertise, and the ability to balance creative vision with technical precision. You will take ownership of the entire design and scope, from initial consultation to project delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.

About the Role:

  • Design Ownership: Oversee the development of architectural designs from concept to completion, ensuring quality, creativity, and client satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide Junior Architects, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion, while fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the design team.
  • Client Consultation: Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to understand their requirements and vision, and present design concepts and proposals that align with client expectations and inspire confidence.
  • Project Management: Define and manage the scope of work for projects, ensure designs are feasible within the client's budget, and maintain clear and organized records of design revisions, client approvals, and team deliverables.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

  • Client Satisfaction: Achieve a minimum client satisfaction score of 90% based on consultation and design delivery.
  • Timely Delivery: Ensure 95% of design deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Conversion Rate: Convert at least 30% of initial consultations into confirmed projects.
  • Design Accuracy: Maintain a 98% accuracy rate in designs, minimizing errors and rework.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent, Master's degree in Architecture or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 2 years in a senior role, proven track record of successfully managing design teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop, strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards, proficiency in project management tools and methods.
